I feel the same way. If someone notices and ask whats wrong of course I change the subject or avoid it alk together. It is very difficult to try to explain to someone that has their life together that yours isn't. It isn't easy having depression, low self esteem or anxiety. They are all very real and very hurtful. I try to 'shake it off' but no luck so far. Lately when people ask I tell them things are just so busy wish they would slow down some... I know not the best answer. Just wanted you to know you aren't alone...

I often feel like this. Im 61 yrs old and wish I had done more when I was younger. I m sorry I didn’t marry a wealthy man. Instead I settled for broke ass men that I ended up supporting. That’s what poor self esteem willl lead you.

Thoughts are thoughts nothing more. That was a big one for me to learn

What's most important is that WE have to remember is that somewhere along the line we're become emotional disturb and to put the bat down! It's not a knock on us but must learn to take care of ourselves and always put ourselves first because others don't understand unless they've been affected themselves!
Take care of yourself above all else, that's ok!
