Is Depression Curable?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

Are there any success stories? But without meds as I stopped taking them, everytime I stopped taking them I became very sad and they made me gain weight.

I definitely agree that exercise and eating well increase my mood rapidly. I made it a priority to get a trainer this year because usually I don't have any motivation to do anything. I went on pills 2 years ago, but whenever I forgot to take them I felt very very depressed, more than usual. I think it was also a denial thing. I never wanted to accept this until recently. I got this app today just to talk because I don't wanna be dramatic, but I'm at breaking point now. It helps when people like here understand, because nobody else understand this feeling. Thank you for your support.
