After having major problems in 2017 changing from Efexor-XR to Enlafax-XR, we want to try and get the process around funding of alternate brands of medication changed to make it less restrictive.

Please help by signing and sharing this petition.

There is also a Facebook page for people who have been affected by this - "ENLAFAX - problems with medication brand change NZ" please join if you have been or know of someone who was.

It's hard for me to determine if I am helping or hindering recovery. I would like to hear from others what is helpful and/or other suggestions. Thank you!

What do you say when you’re at a social event ? And if you don’t attend what do say to someone one on one?
I’ve been feeling better ( I have social anxiety and I committed a huge faux paus not too long ago . Im still reeling over it . Anyway , I don’t do public much but I’m actually going to attend a “ Girls Night” Of Cards ♦️

Helen has started a petition to try and get our Government to take notice and start funding Effexor-XR again, Enlafax (the generic medication) has badly affected a lot of people but trying to get anything done about it is near impossible. Being on Effexor-XR is now very expensive as it is no longer funded at all, and many people with mental illness are on limited income.

Like if someone cuts their arm how do they know if they need stitches or not?

Just started a new part time job and so far I do not like it. Barely any training, very stressful and I feel they expect too much of me. I had something happen the other day that embarrassed me and then made me angry. I used to burn. The inside of my left arm is a mass of scars. There are also some cut scars on each arm. There’s no way to cover them. Long sleeves when it’s 90+ out are not an option. I’ve never had anyone ask me to my face what was on my arm.
