Thoughts come into my head on the workings of the mind.How does thoughts come into your head.You cant think.Then a whole fear comes across the whole entire body.Panic sets in.Mind goes blank and then goes to normal and then the same thoughts repeat themselves over and over.How do you think.This isnt normal.The same when im watching tv to try and ease my mind but what they are saying is all mumble jumble Not taking it into my brain.How do you live through this nightmare. Ive experienced this before and yes, it is awful! Just make sure to not hide ANY symptom from your Dr. Because they are there to help and make sure your meds are a right fit for you. I feel numb alot! I feel like i miss days at a time, i just have a strong support system and reach out. If you dont have a good support system, utilize your Dr. Or bounce ideas off of us on here like youre doing. I think this is a pretty good support system
