One of two things come to mind; express exactly that, you're are not ready yet. Otherwise find someone who will take your case.

That happened to me twice.
I eventually got my own councilor.
I was promised twice that they were there for me.
But after 26 weeks oh time up.
But the councilor I have now said she is there as long as I need her.?
