Brenda i have looked for groups and haven't found any. I went to a NAMI meeting in Long Beach. That wasnt helpful. These were very low functioning individuals with mental health issues. I went once and never went back. I would love to start our own group. I'm sure there are so many just like us in our area.

I don't live in the area ... but sometimes you can google NAMI meetings..... that...... is a group with mental illnesses.
