@A MyDepressionTeam Member stay with us, please. It is hard, we know. Drinking is self medicating. Stay safe. Call a pro if you feel in danger. I can attest to waking up in an ICU isn't fun. I got lucky. Saved my life. Finally found the right help. Don't stop looking for help. I can't feel exactly like you, but I have been in a similar space. Worst part of the ICU wake up - no family came. So i moved on. Best to find strength within than from an unreliable source. Scratch the last part, too negative, because I have found reliable help. Keep looking. Keep being. Keep strong.
