Counseling has been helpful for me. You need to talk to someone.

That’s terrible what has happened to you. You will be in my prayers. Ask Jesus to renew you mind. Dedicate your life to Him and do some things for people. It will shift the focus off your thoughts and on them. Everyone will suffer in this life. There is no easy way around it. You will overcome through Christ.

Me also have suffered a loss in this matter just breathe and take it one step one hour and one at a time.
