Every morning I wake up with acute pain somewhere on my right back flank, so bad it takes my breath away but once I'm up and about, it goes away. I've had it for months and have had no muscular injury to explain it
I've also started getting headaches regularly - at least 4 times a week. Sometimes like a tension headache and sometimes as bad as a migraine

I've had migraines since 2nd grade. They can trigger my MDD. I believe it's all connected, be mindful and honest with yourself that your depression isn't slipping back in. Huggs

A chiropractor might be able to help with the muscular pain. Are you well-hydrated- lots of water,? This can create headaches.
