Unfortunately for some people, "me" yes. Sometimes it is all I can do is sleep and it comes so naturally and then other times I want to and need to sleep and I cannot, I can be awake for hours and days. I don't want to take any more medication than what I am already on for my depression/anxiety and migraines, so I tried gravol. Not the day time ones they keep you awake, but the regular gravol pills, I admit 2 do nothing, mainly because of my tolerance to medication, but if I take 4 pills about an hour or so before bed I can usually fall asleep fairly quickly and sleep thru to the morning. Don't start at 4 if you are not used to it, try it yourself and don't take them and drive or anything, please make sure you have at least 12 hours of possible sleep ahead of you or on a weekend!
