I've been on antidepressants for 10 years, even though my depression is still always present, I've decided to try and get off the tablets because I feel after all this time, they are party responsible for my depression
So I wanted to ask which suppliments you have found help your mood?

Omega fish oil
Krill oil

Ashwanga root
Probiotics
5htp
Melatonin before bed
Full spectrum B vitamins
Dhea

Tumeric with black pepper

I know you're a guy guys don't like to hear this essential oils. I have been on them for 6 months or so they are God's greatest gift to this earth other than my babies

Thank you very much and will check them out. I guess since I'd heard turmeric and Omega 3's were good for depression I did go ahead and take them...actually for a couple years now! I appreciate you sharing that and apologies for my late response! Hope you are well!

The only thing that stands out to me is if perhaps you might be taking an anti-depressant? If so, I've heard they do not "go well" with Dhea. Hope it works for you as I do know nutrition plays a role in depression as well as exercise.
