The ocean...bodies of water...mountains and scenic views...crystals and stones...snow falling from the sky...rain pounding my mental roof...thunderstorms booming...birds chirping on a sunny day...crickets chirping under the stars...all of nature is beautiful...I would just chase away the cold if I could!!

I've created a "happy place" in my mind that I go to when I'm dealing with anxiety and depression. I am by a slow moving river, nestled in a hammock, and have this Disney version in my head that all little animals surround me like birds and rabbits, squirrels, etc. It's so peaceful!

Orange, yellow, rust, and red beauty of fall trees. The feel of the leaves. The slight smoke from a burning pile of leaves.

I love trees and feel better when I am in the mist of them. Specialty in the winter when there is snow on the evergreens.

I love the waterfalls or looking at water fountains. Nature scenes are peaceful to look at.
