A Crisis Plan is a document we put together before a crisis of who where we have a say in who does what, who we want or do not want involved in our treatments if we go into a crisis/need hospitalized.

I have found some templates online.

The first one I filled out, the list of supporters I made, well, I was not recovering fast enough for them, they split. So I am having to start all over. It does make it hard to trust who will be there when I need them the most.

I had a plan but the plan wasn't effective. My daughter said don't call me when you suicidal.

I should have one because I'm 55 years old. I only wanna do it because of my age not my mental health.
