I won it in another state, but I don't have insurance or medical how do I get it when I can afford it?

you need to have your doctor prescribe it. Difficult to do and the resultant social effects may cause you some hardships- like your employer not liking it, your pharmacist saying unprofessional things etc. It works for me tho- but it isn't perfect and it does have side effects.
