Wish I live somewhere sunny all the time always cloudy here in England make me depressed

Yes I have changed antidepressants and number of times with terrible results each time. They all work a little bit differently so once you find one that gives you satisfaction just stick with it. Also the real brand rather than the generic often makes difference in body absorption. When changing over if you have to wean off one before getting on the other it is very tough you may experience brain shocks. Anxiety, insomnia, depression. B the only one I know that can be interchanged quickly is Effexor and Paxil. That's my experience. A word to the wise

I have stopped them once and the result for me was disastrous. Then there have been time when it was simply the wrong drug and I was told to stop it. Someone put me on a drug one time that made me feel as though I was on an acid trip and I stopped and flushed them as I couldn't run or anything.

I read some just stopped their meds. Some of the meds are not for everyone.Hope you feel better soon.My anxiety is off the roof I have been doing a lot of walking.Not sleeping well past week 2-3 hours a nite.
