Hi Been on Wellbutrin for 10 years , but its seems to loose its efficacy, on 300mg slow release the max recommended is 450 , so going up is not an option . It did work well but now need either a booster or new drug that does the the same . G
@A MyDepressionTeam Member You might ask your psychiatrist about SAM-e. It is what I have been taking for several years now. It definitely works for me. I still take several antidepressants but the addition of SAM-e helped with my depression. Now I still take it under my psychiatrist direction but no script. It is expensive but it usually goes on sale (whoops I'm assuming you are in the US)
I've been on Wellbutrin for a number of years and it just stopped working. I was put on another anti-depressant.
Thanks Im not but I will investigate
I've tried so many antidepressants that I finally mentioned Wellbutrin. I don't know how long I've been taking it but it seems like I keep needing the dosage to be upped more and more. I know that there isn't very many antidepressants I haven't been on already. What am I supposed to do when nothing works?
I'm on 200 mg of Wellbutrin but I think the dr needs to raise my dosage. I'm just way too depressed again
