My thighs have been bothering me all day and now they are hurting nonstop. Ive been working out on and off for the past two weeks. I use a mini pedal bike for thirty minutes and that never bothers me. I did a workout with my physioball and that got my heart pumping but not painful. This is the first time I had to… read more

Maybe you pulled some muscles and that's why you hurt. I'm not sure about your headache it could be caused from depression

@A MyDepressionTeam Member, do you have asthma? It could be that. It also could be, your body needing adjusting. Make sure you are drinking at least 8oz of water with every meal and snack. I drink up to a gallon of water a day. Keeps everything moving. Could it also be heartburn? Watch what you are eating as well. If you ever need any help, let me know. Try just taking it easy and working your way up.

There is no shame. You can only do what you can do. Everyone is limited by something. You might not be able to do as much physical a tivity, but I bet you are better at something's than anyone else you know. Play to your strengths, and work smarter instead of harder. You'll be much happier with yourself, even if not completely. Work on one thing at a time. We just have to respect, as should everyone around us, that there are things that we just can't over one completely.

Thats what exercise does. I'd rather swim but we don't have a pool

So I will just have to stay unfit ;)
