Hi. I'm really needing support right now Has anyone here had a really negative effect(s) on Wellbutrin ER? I'm experiencing weight gain, crying ( I am not someone that cries unless I'm angry or severely depressed). I feel empty, like I'm nothing. This is my own personal experience... I had been taking a low dose of Seroquel for about 2 ½ years, feeling very depressed and low, my psychiatrist decided to take me off Seroquel I was prescribed Bupropion. I feel like a lot of the symptoms that I was accrediting to depression, were side effects. Extreme fatigue, grogginess, difficulty focusing. I take Wellbutrin 450 mg works well for me but also on Effexor 75 mg
