Is Prozac a narcotic?

I have been struggling with depression for over 30 years. No medication works for me except Fluoxetine which has lost its effectiveness. I am at the highest dose and it is doing nothing

How does your depression if at all your sleep?

I attend treatment at Gandara Center in Springfield. Dr. Renee Simone told me that I should find another provider since she was not going to prescribe me any anxiety pills. Ok she has her reasons no to prescribe BENZOS, but what about ATIVAN?

Hi I've been on different antidepressants for years and am currently on cymbalta/duloxetine. All of them have caused me to put on weight, which causes more depression and not liking myself. I was slim and active before I started these medications. Now I feel too tired to exercise, whereas I used to be active. Honesty I can't do it alone anymore. This site really helps but I need to be around people with the same problem. I need to feel I'm not alone in this and virtually talking about it just isn't enough. It's better than nothing, but I need real life interaction.

I was prescribed lithium a few months back, getting started on it was hard for the first week or 2 and then it seemed to change things for the better. Last month I was upped to 300 mg x2 daily, but I feel that it started making things worse. My depression has seemed to reach very very bad levels.
