On behalf of those who are sensitive to antidepressants, what are some things others have found helpful for unipolar or bipolar depression?

Sounds helpful. I am seeing a counsellor soon and will ask about it. Thank you.

Pepi- DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) is a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), the Bhuddist principles of meditation, and biofeedback. It was originally invented by Martia Linehan at the University of Washington for the treatment of borderline personality disorder, but, it can help with any mental illness that has a mood component.

Interesting. I used to take the highest dose of lamotrigine for bipolar disorder type 2 with rapid cycling, and, even after three months, it did absolutely NOTHING.
