I take 600 mg of seroquel xr. At bedtime and I suffer no daytime sedation but it helps with sleep

They've just bumped mine up to 400

I was bumped up to 75mg At bedtime and couldn't get out of bed in the am due to the drowsiness! And I'd like to say I can usually handle my drugs well! Lol
I have a friend who is on a regular dose of 300mg tho and he is fine
