Hi. Agoraphobia was a real issue for me. I think you need to make an appointment with a psychiatrist, or who ever helped you in the past. Also find some music that you really like, put on headsets and go outside and walk. really listen to the music. Have you ever been in IOP?.. You might get alot out of that and it stabilizes you. I wouldn't worry too much about the work, as that can bring on anxiety, however I found that just basic work helped me get on my feet. Your sister's death was very traumatic and you maybe still grieving over that, along with your mother. In IOP sessions you will get the opportunity to invite your mother to come and speak to a counselor, they can explain what you are going through. Please reach out and get the help you need.
IOP stands for "In Out Patient" You literally attend sessions for several weeks. It enables you to work if you have to. If you participate fully you will get a lot from it. Take Care
Be safe
