Please get help. Call your crisis line and they can give you advise for agencies to call with phone numbers. I would chat with you any time. Just seek help

Please seek counseling if you can.

You could in addition share with us the story, but only if you are comfortable with this. There is no judgement here. Then you may not feel alone talking it out with us who have been where you are and understand, first hand, trauma. We are here to support each other as well as enjoy each other. You can also vent all you want here.

Try picturing a box, container or anything you like of the sort. When a bad thought comes to you, acknowledge it and then put it into the container and close it. Leave it there while coping.

You could imagine a safe place. One that is peaceful and/or happy to you. Close your eyes and go there for a bit. Give your brain a rest and therefore recharge and not overload. It is tough being overwhelmed. Keeping "it all" inside may fester and grow. Hoping you feel better soon.

I know what you are going through, I've just lost my mom and my baby sister within a month of eachother . I've never really been diagnosed with depression but I know I suffer from it . I have battled suicidal thoughts many many times over the years, have always felt so worthless and not good enough . My wife has been a real help . Now with this double loss I've been really struggling, and feeling alone.
