Is My Reaction To Ect Treatments Normal?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I had ect treatments in 2010 and I don't believe they helped me at all. My memory sucks now-except for every bad memory. I still have all of those playing like horror movies in my head all day every day.

My father had ECT, and I hope I dont need that - I'm working hard already to try and help myself before that stage, and I often wonder how it helped him, he didn't really talk about it. He certainly looked a little bit more with it as a result - I hope you all gain somthing, however, little from your treatment.
