Someone told me this in group on this pass Tuesday and I didn't quite understand and have been pondering it since I left group but I still come up with nothing. Someone please help. Thanks.
Living as a long term cancer survivor with chronic illness has taught me May things. One is how to best make productive my few waking hours before fatigue consumes me and I have to return to bed to sleep. Another is to strive to live in the now, even in the moment.
An ability or a lack of ability can become disability when you dwell on it so much that it keeps you from doing other things or doing better. If you're so focused on that one thing that you can't do that you neglect the things that you are able to do then you become disabled because you're essentially not doing anything. You're holding yourself back because of a warped perspective of your ability.
dont let things get in the way of what you want to do in your life always keep pushing yourself to do better
Wow! How intriguing? That does deserve some thought.
Great response
