I don't leave my house much when I'm on FB and I have a really good time interacting with a friend I constantly think about what I said and feel like an idiot to the point of waking up at night going back and deleting a comment. Is it possible that you are too concerned about what your friends think of you and you don't take the time to just care about yourself? If you find yourself constantly trying to prove your worth to someone, you have already forgotten your value. Don't let that happen to you!!! Hugs!

I have chronic depression and I often go over a conversation I've had with a person and dissect it till it drives me crazy. Did I say it wrong? Did I say something to offend? Eventually it goes away but it takes overnight usually. No we shouldn't worry about these things but we do. Doctor might help if you trust him/her. I've just changed to a lady doc because I didn't like the man doc I was listed under. He didn't listen to me. Please try not to worry, they say there's always someone worse off than you!
