I talk to myself & it helps. I also talk to my Mom whenever possible. I talk to God...He's always available.

I have varied tastes in music so when down I listen to reggae music I find this lifts my mood.

Anything that's negative iny head if I recognize my negative voice and it takes practice I try to change the thoughts into something more nurturing and positive. The positive voice often takes over and I can work thru it. I call it my god voice
