Take your time.breathe.think of the task .and only the task at hand.don.t worry.you got this.messages l repeat to myself.they keep me focused.less stress for me.self talk is like a little good angel on my shoulder.my little helper.whatever works is not crazy.this whole world is crazy regardless.haha
