Any meal I cook on a bad day is done out of love.
@A MyDepressionTeam Member Soooo .... you had a great day yesterday, but now you're feeling bad about it and think that you're a pile of something. Well, as a Minister I could get all moral and we can have a discussion about right and wrong and good and bad.
Or ... we can just Rejoice together over the fact that you had a good day ( and not worry about right or wrong and good or bad) and realize on this board That's what's important. If you want to worry about whether God's going to spank you when you get to heaven, that's your choice.
IMHO, if you don't have a whole lot of these days where you're happy, you should concentrate on doing what makes you happy ( hopefully, without having to fight your conscience too much.) You always have the choice to live either a morally correct life or a totally happy life. Even if you live a totally happy life but others tell you that you should be depressed over your actions... if you ignore them and decide for yourself what to do, think and believe .... you can still be happy just by being true to yourself! Listen to and seek advice but in the end decide for yourself. This is a site about depression and mental health ....not morals!

Hang in there. From a mental Health Point of view you did good yesterday.
