Hi have you heard of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - https://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/ this is a link that tells you more. It is a therapy that helps with traumatic memories. It really helped someone I know and is not about having to talk through distressing past events.

I'm going to live I'm going to dance likeno one's watching I'm going to laugh a myself because I'm strong courageous lovable and beautiful. No more lying down all day for no reason. I have wonderful people in my life who love me completely for me. Go catch that air and sunshine you're no longer in bondage you're free. You're free! Now you say it I'm free!
