Yes. With pretty much everything. This includes depression, anxiety, stress, boredom, low energy, low self esteem, etc.

i enjoy walking and have only done yoga once and i bought some basic yoga dvds to do at home and a yoga mat and as all that is still in my boxes finally coming over from the other side of aus i can get into it more
