Depression, disthymia, double depression, BPD, Is it possible to have all these?

Idk about the double depression but yes it's possible I have bipolar disorder ptsd severe depression social and generalized anxiety and voices in my head.

I have severe chronic depression and borderline personality disorder and also diagnosed with disthymia. But, I have my doubts about disthymia. It does not usually last for long periods of time whereas depression can and does. Having said that, i don't understand how the two can be diagnosed together.
