I have had migraines since I was 12. I used to get them for 3 days at a time. Many times it felt like i was getting a stroke. I have noticed that it gets better when you are in more of a happier place in your life. Balanced meals also help and I try not to sleep as much because that brings it on. Head massages also work a great deal and drink lots of water.

I've suffered from debilitating headaches and migraines for most of my life, Iv also had severe depression about as long to so I can't for certain say it's to do with the depression. But about a year, year1/2 ago my dr was at the end of all feasable medications etc he could try to ease them for me. Last ditch effort was Botox. It's injected round ur temples, nape of the neck, shoulders, forehead. 35 all up.
I haven't had a migraine or a bad headache on its own for nearly a year

I always have a headache ranging from a barely noticeable one to a blackout migraine that makes me sick and makes me pass out. And the doctors haven't helped me at all

Hon, yeah, headaches are part of it for lots of people.
Worry, stress, anxiety, depression tie up all our muscles. Tiredness and exhaustion also do the same.
I drink plenty of water, and get outside.
That helps me mostly

One shouldn't combine acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Too much acetaminophen can be bad for your liver. Call your primary or prescribing psychiatrist and let them know. I never got a migraine but did have a dull head due to stress. Hope you feel better.
