I think this is a good idea. Perhaps we should include partners/husbands/wives as well?
depression is not easy on us, but it isnt easy on them either. Having other support people there could be beneficial to everyone

I feel so sorry for my family! My husband is so patient and my boys are so sweet and caring... my girl on the other hand would rather stand face to face and fight! Gurr... 🤦🏼‍♀️
