Because I am a psych student, I have access to all studies ever done about depression or anxiety etc, so I can look up anything that's been run in the past, as well as look for new studies and research just coming out. I am particularly interested in menopause triggering bipolar depression. I would seem to have inheirited the genetic disposition - from my father and probably his mother. I was in a toxic work situation and it all came together. My menopause came at about 45/46 - mild symptoms until the ultimate bipolar hit! Because my doctor thought it was too early for perimenopause, it was not recognised until too late. What if I had stopped my estrogen from plummeting????

That sounds interesting I don't see anything wrong with it everyone is wired differently for for me its about simplicity but Id like to see your own personal benefit from these illnesses. I'm in NZ so I cannot join your meet ups which would have been cool...
