I'm on Valium the last 21 years,5mgs 3times a day & sleeping tablet I suffered very bad with my nerves,& always felt anxiety I'd be in my mothers & I'll get a feeling like I have to get out of here & I could be just there having a cup of tea & be laughs & joking & my mood would just change.id feel like have to get out of here, it's so hard for me.i don't work on myself anyway felt better more positive,then a new doctor come alone & start cutting me & know I only get 12 Valium instead of 21 iv… read more

I believe she's slowly taking you off, due to you being on it for 21 ,yrs. Actually it's called weaning you off. Call her l, let her know how you feel. She may add something to help get you through this time. Hugs to you ! Hang in there ! :-)

I have an appointment tomorrow with my doctor,I feel I can't kope my mind is doing overtime but I will talk & tell her how I feel thanks RettaKounty 😊
