I've done DBT ( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). This helped me tremendously to handle my depression by using my behavior to distract and rationalize my emotions.. I took a group class over 10 years ago and I still use all the helpful information. It is a little hard to understand at first, but that, and the right medication saved my life! Good luck!👍🏻

I was also sent on a Mindfulness course. 6 weeks that lasted. Sat in a room of miserable people including myself. And after 6 weeks there was still a room of miserable people.

I went to 4 sessions. And listened to 4 hours of blar blar blar. The mind in my case sees straight through it. It felt patronising at every level.
