Does Anyone Have Sleep Problems? I Am Lucky If I Get 4 Hours Of Sleep Per Nite.

Everyday it is hard to do anything because of lack of sleep. If I lay in bed the razing thoughts start coming and I can't get rid of them unless I get up. Does anyone else have this problem and what helps you.

Last year this time this happened to me. I never knew that I am going into a Manic Episode. The sleeping problems start and last for 2 months. Then I went out off control. Spending money move out off my home. On top off the world. Well when I.woke up the next day I was in hospital. So I cant say this is a sign that you will become manic. I know now when the manic is on its way.
