If you have problems with distraction I learned that if you have ever bowled, when i have many people on either side distracting me,I try accept the noise not fight it. With practice I can still get a strike. It also helps with my chronic pain.

I have downloaded a Buddhist Meditation App so I will let you know how it goes. It starts off with a 3 minute meditation....

Yes, I find meditation very useful especially guided meditation. You can find lots of these on YouTube. If you find it difficult for a start just lie there and listen before you go to sleep...using headphones is best. I love to listen to The Honest Guy's, Jason Stephenson etc but there are plenty of them out there. The thing is not to try too hard. Just breathe...

Yes its great but my mind likes to wander so I do it 2 to 5 minutes a day it helps
