I haven't been diagnosed as anyone reading this can probably gather, and I'm afraid to mention anything because I feel like I'm just complaining. I can be really happy as long as I'm distracted, but once I'm either alone or someone says a certain word or phrase that just hits me, it all comes crashing down on me again. I exsperience th same feelings in my life n was diagnosed with depression 12 yrs ago. Plz learn by my mistake dont ignore it. It doesnt go away. It may even b counselling that u need. Ur stronger than u think. I ignored those feeling for yrs. I didnt help my situation. Live life n prosper. Amie x

I would recommend seeing someone like a GP and asking for an assessment.

You seem to have some depression symptoms but I agree you should definitely see a doctor and get a diagnosis so that you can receive proper treatment. Hugs.
