Dear Aime007
Welcome and may I say how brave and powerfully strong a person you are for sharing and admitting you have anger issues.
First and foremost I assume your are in some kind of therapy for the abuse you have endured. And I would like to think that you are going regularly and not missing any sessions.
As for anger well you have every right to be angry after what happened to you, I can't imagine how angry and betrayed you must feel. But like you said your anger is aimed at the people who probably love and care about you,
You may know this one but wrap three or four fairly tight elastic arms around your wrist, when you feel angry stretch them out and let go !!! It will sting your veins on your wrist, it hurts like hell but that short sharp shock will help disperse your line of thought away from anger to OUCH that bloody hurt 😭
It's one of many tools available to you through anger management training.
Now I'm no therapist Aime but you know your anger is a problem and that's a huge step in controlling it so well done :) I hope I helped a bit and you can find some peace with what happened to you.
You're not alone here

Have you ever thought of doing something that might release the anger in a healthy manner, like taking up martial arts or something?

Anger rules me, too. Only the most patient people in my life have stuck by me. I've learned to apologize. I've learned to hold my tongue- I remind myself there will be time to respond and say what I need to say later, after the moment of anger passes.
