I have been on Dec for many years, what advice can anyone suggest when you become used to it, should I change to another stimulant

Adderall is the only med that works for me. Cant get it in UK. Grrrrrr

Depending on the dosage that you are on either increase it or you can change it. Back when I was on Adderall I was on the highest dose they could give a 13 year old, but my body got use to it quickly and went through the extended release quickly, so I was switch to vyvanse (substatute for Adderall) and now I take concerta. I like concerta due to the fact that there is no high and low peaks, and it tends to stay in my body.
